Bij Arma Leder kunt u met iDeal betalen IDEAL ensures a trusted, safe and easy way to pay for your online purchases. With iDEAL you pay according the specific safety measurements of your bank.

Most banks support iDEAL (ABN AMRO, ANS Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank en SNS Regio Bank). When your payment has been received by us, we will send you a confirmation email.

Invoice:

If you chose to ship your order, the invoice will be included.

Shipment:

For orders in the Netherlands no shipping fee is applied.

Delivery:

Arma Leder verzenden en bezorgen It's our goal to deliver our products within two or three days after your order. Our shipments will be delivered by TNT Post.

The size of the package depends on the item you ordered. If the order doesn't fit in your mailbox and you are not at home at the time of the delivery, TNT Post will deliver the package a second time (usually the following day) according the shipping policy of TNT Post.

If the package can't be delivered the second time, a TNT employee will leave a note with the specific time and place where you can go to pick up the package. Picking up the package at our own address is not possible because we work with external warehouses.

Availability:

The products and services, and prices are valid as they appear on the website of Arma leder.com, within the limits of the availability of these products and services from the Supplier. Arma Leather is committed to do its utmost best to deliver all orders.

Nevertheless, Arma Leather cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product or service from the Supplier, nor for the damage that may result from it. In case one or more products or services of an order would not be available, the customer will be informed via email or telephone that his / her order is canceled in whole or in part.

In case of the unavailability determined and communicated at the time that the customer has already paid for its products, Arma Leder will immediately ask for her bank to repay the amounts paid. The Client shall be informed by email.

The speed of its recovery then depends on the payment method that the customer has used for its purchase. If the customer believes that the repayment takes abnormally long, it is recommended that the customer contacts their bank.
