Not satisfied with your purchase or did you purchase the wrong item? No problem! With Arma Leather you can return your item within 14 working days after purchase. After returning the item, your money will be refunded.
Returning items can be done if you contact us for a return number first. Here you can download and print the return form. Here you can request a return number.
Items that have been damaged or used, don't apply for a refund. Not all items can be returned. For exceptions and point term, please read on below.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please contact Arma Leather. There are several conditions that apply for returning purchases:
With your order you receive a sticker with the return address. You can put this sticker on the package and bring it to you local post office. Make sure you fill out the return number on the sticker!

Exchange:
Unfortunately it's not possible to exchange a purchased item for another item. If you want to exchange an item for the same item with a different size or for a complete different item, you can order the item at Armaleder.com.

Warranty applies for all ordered items. However, because the warranty policy might differ between items, it's not possible to state exact terms. Your warranty requests will always be handled with utmost reasonableness and fairness. Please contact us for more information about warranty.

Arma Leather will do it's utmost best to ensure every customers' satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, please let our customer care service know at webshop@armaleder.nl or use our contact form. You then will be contacted by Arma Leather and the issue will be resolved.
